Without a doubt, one of our most important missions is to educate the public. Our goal is to present the FairTax to every person in the Chippewa Valley and beyond so that they can make an informed decision about the FairTax.
Studies show that once presented with the facts about replacing the current income tax with a national retail sales tax (such as the FairTax), an overwhelming majority of people support the FairTax and what it will do to transform the American economy.
Wisconsin FairTax has a group of volunteers ready and waiting to speak to the community and do just that, educate. Our knowledgeable speakers would welcome the opportunity to present to any size group - from individuals, to backyard neighborhood barbecues, to clubs, associations, and large civic groups. We have spoken to Lions Clubs, Kiwanis, and other local organizations. We are also giving quarterly presentations that are open to the public.
We can tailor the presentation to your time, space, and group needs and demographics. A typical presentation involves a short video or talk, followed by a question and answer period, and a casual gathering afterward. We have a variety of resources available including printed materials, video, and promotional items. Always professional and non-partisan, we strive to educate and inform. |
